Zoey’s Blazin does not accept return on food products. There are no refunds. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will mail you a new item or one of equal value as per customer’s request. In order for us to honor this policy the customer MUST submit an email in writing stating desired new item along with three pictures of damage item/s. Pictures must include unbroken seal and label should be visibly attached. To expedite the return process please include DAMAGED PRODUCT in the subject line of email. The customer has up to fourteen days of purchase to make this request. This return & refund policy is non obligatory after said fourteen days.
